Ready catalogue stock can ship within days. Custom production typically takes a few weeks, depending on fabric availability, printing or embroidery work and quantity, and takes longer before festival seasons.
Ask for a schedule with dates for fabric arrival, printing or embroidery, finishing and packing, and request photos at each stage. Add a buffer of one to two weeks for overseas orders, especially in the months before Diwali, when Surat's units are fully booked.
