Rushabh Textile Market, also called Rushabh Textile Towers, is directly opposite Abhishek Textile Market inside Salasar Hanuman Marg on Surat's Ring Road (pin code 395002), about 500 m from the Salasar Hanuman Gate. It is a working wholesale hub where saree manufacturers, fabric rollers, cut-piece sellers and packaging suppliers trade across several floors.

Two-wheeler parking costs a small fee of about ₹10. Car parking is very limited, as internal space is kept for tenants and loading trucks, so leave the car behind. Lanes are narrow and busy, and walking in from the Salasar Hanuman Gate is often quickest.
